You’ll be lying down throughout, wearing headphones, and fully guided from start to finish.This is an active breathwork session, but you are always in control of your own breath and pace. You can slow down, soften, breathe through the nose, or pause whenever you need to.Some people experience emotional release, tingling, temperature changes, tears, laughter, lightness, calm, clarity, or a deep sense of reset afterwards.
